  If User Forgot The Password  

If you have forgotten the Lock Screen password or Supervisor password don't worry. Follow next steps:

If Eyes Dropper does not run with operating system starting simply Restart your computer.

 Contact with our support group: support@duodimension.com.
They let your know how restore the password.

If Eyes Dropper automaticly starts with operating system Restart your computer.

 Load operating system in Safe Mode.

 Delete Eyes Dropper from Startup. Select Start » Programs » Startup. Right click on Eyes Dropper and select Delete.

 Restart your computer.

 Contact with our support group: support@duodimension.com.
They let your know how restore the password.
