Sound Events settings

Description of the elements:

Notify	Sound of notify about an upcoming break. It is plaing when notify appears.
Begin break	Sound of break beginning
End break	Sound of break ending.
During a break	Choose a sound that will be playing during a break.
Checkboxes	Mark event to enable the sound
